Mustang crashes through storefront in Adelaide's inner-city

A Mustang owner in Adelaide will soon have to make an expensive trip to the mechanic after crashing their muscle car through a barber shop window overnight.
Local residents told 9News they heard sounds "similar to an explosion" as the car catapulted through the storefront along The Parade, in the city's east.
A 42-year-old man has since been fined for driving without due care.

Officers say it's miraculous that nobody was hurt during the ordeal.
Vision shows the lime coloured Mustang almost completely submerged in the store with the retailer's front window totally destroyed.
Shocked onlookers watch on from the pavement.
The accident comes amid a state-wide crackdown on dangerous driving across South Australia, where road accidents have skyrocketed year on year.
It's seen authorities launch what they say are a series of confronting campaigns aimed at shocking people into driving safely.
